Show attendance of record for current day on course roster page

Right now, we send emails to teachers to notify them of attendance updates (Johnny left for the doctor at 10:10, etc.). I would like teachers to be able to pull up their roster page and see both the student's attendance status for the day, as well as any comments made about the status.

    This is another capability that FAWEB, Blackbaud's system that we were "upgraded" from did nicely. Most SIS/LMS systems allow the teacher to know whether a student is in the building on any given day. This becomes even more important with hybrid/remote work arrangements. This would tie together nicely with the Seating Chart enhancement located in another idea that has several hundred votes.
