Allow commendation note

Within conduct, it would be good to be able to report a commendation as well so that positive behavior can be acknowledged within the student record.

      I just commented on another similar idea. There needs to be a way to record and recognize positive behavior and not label all reported conduct as an "infraction".

      Also, it would be great to change the wording.  We use commendations but they arrive to parents labeled Infraction.
