We would like the ability to keep the second semester column on the transcript for a student even if they drop midyear.
Currently if a student leaves the school midyear their 2nd semester column on their transcript disappears as they have no enrollment. We want the ability to keep it there and leave it blank so that it formats the same as all other years.

This has been implemented with the 7/24/19 release for Student Information System in the new Transcript Builder.
