Department Chairs have ability to approve course requests in their departments

A feature we used and really like in NetClassroom/FAWeb. Our department chairs know best the requirements for success in their department's course. we would like the ability for the Department Chairs to approve the requests in their departments.

    Admin response

    This can now be done in the Request and Recommendations List.  We added the ability for users to approve requests directly from the list and added a course department filter.
