Medical List that pulls physical dates entered as an athletic eligibility requirement.
Since currently the systems does not properly track physical dates it would be very helpful to have a medical list that reports all physical dates entered for all students so we can easily and quickly identify the students whose physicals will be expiring during the spring. Currently I have to go through the system student by student to check. The law says a physical is good for 13 months. If a student has a physical on November 15, 2015 it is good legally until December 1, 2016.
As I understand it in this system I will have to go through every student again in the summer and re-enter the physical dates for all students that will expire mid-year. This is ludicrous.

An Athletic Clearance list was made available to Nurses in 2021. This list allows you to pull all students for a given academic year with a list of their athletic clearances and the date it was completed.
