Scheduling rule to schedule paired classes in different blocks but same teacher and room

Would require a way to tie 2 courses where they are scheduled in different blocks, same teacher and same room
when students are scheduled, they are assigned to the classes with the same teacher and room

    Or, conversely, teachers who are paired so if you get A then you get B.
