3 way conversations

The biggest source of frustration when seeking assistance from Blackbaud is the back and forth to hopefully, but not always, get an answer. I suggest creating a way for the parent, the administrator, and the Blackbaud rep to communicate via email, teams, or phone. The BB rep always asks what the parent is seeing? What is the error message? What steps has the parent taken? etc.
