When you select the Electronic template option and click Preview for award letters the next screen shows "Ok" and "Cancel". If a user clicks "Ok" that actually sends the letter. Please update the verbiage from "Ok" to "Send" or when a user clicks "Ok" add another pop up to confirm they would like to send the letter.
