Currently, Smart Aid only sends award notifications to students who have a non-zero value for an award. This seems to be a major oversight. We should be able to send a separate letter to students with an award amount of zero to notify them that they did not qualify for Aid. We should also be able to send a separate award letter to applicants with a particular response to custom questions on our application. We are having to communicate awards outside of Smart Aid.
