Currently, our denial letters has 40 "pages" of applicant names to go through (300 applications) and then, results in an error when processing (due to volume). Could there be a filter by student or internal code to reduce the number of "pages," reduce the amount of time to send a denial letter and therefore decrease the chance of an error?
