Calculate Free & Reduced lunch report by Household income

Currently, the Free & Reduced lunch report is calculated on Taxable Income. This doesn't include housing allowances for clergy and military, and other non-taxable income, but it is still income. Could you please allow the option to calculate on Household income per Free & Reduced guidelines?

    I just realized that Blackbaud's Household income includes PROJECTED annual income, so it may not be ideal to use. Would there be another way to include actual NON-TAXABLE income in the filter for the 'Lunch' calculations for free & reduced lunch?
