Currently there are varying terms referring to the Smart Family ID leaving room for confusion with the families, this should be consistent across all communications.
Examples : Invoice email refers to it as "Smart Tuition ID"
Downloaded invoice refers to it as "Family ID"
Account activation email refers to it as " Smart ID"
Payment confirmation email refers to it as "Smart Tuition Family ID"
School view refers to it as "Smart Family ID"
Reset password for parent site refers to it as " Family ID"
