This is a request from ADNY. It would be great if we could send families email notifications for automatic withdrawal payments that fail due to insufficient funds. As of now we send emails for all other failure reasons below except for insufficient funds. Smart’s reasoning is that the families banks notify them but I think we should notify them too.
