Dear Smart Tuition:
I recently put a block on an account for 18 days, thinking that it would block all payments for 18 days, when in fact it only blocked the reattempt of a failed payment. As a result, the parent's upcoming automatic payment was attempted, which resulted in significant bank fees for the family. I recommend that a note be added to the button, so when you hover over it, it states that this will only block reattempted payments, not up-coming payments.
