update formula for tuition splits to do it correctly, not just spread evenly across months
update the tuition splits formula so that the system automatically splits the tuitions correctly rather than a person having to go back in and manually change every students tuition. Right now our 40%, 30% 30% is split 33.333%, 33.333%, 33.333%. If it were 50%, 25%, 25% it would still divide it 33.333%, 33.333%, 33.333%. Then a person has to go in and change the tuitions. Makes no sense to have a program that has to have a person come in and update. Might as well input it manually from the get go.

This would be helpful for us as well! It can be confusing to parents when the payment amounts change from the even split that is automatically set up in the system when they sign their contract to our school split of 40%/40%/20%. We do get assistance in updating this, however, it would be great if the system allowed this from the start.
In my area we have a lot of independent schools and I don't think many have a 50/50 split for 2 pay. About a 1/3 of our students are 2 pay so this was really time consuming.
I completely agree as well! I just posted a idea not seeing this prior. It would be so helpful to have this implemented.
Consider a check box to round to dollar, no cents
Agree 100%. There are many schools that have specific splits for tuition payments. Please give this serious consideration.
