It would be great to have a calendar of events as to when you are going to change things on our system.

for example-when you change us to the next school year without any notice.  If there is a notice where is it.  We are a school that has rolling enrollment and we need to have families set up their account twice as we are not aware that you have changed the school year.  Also let us know when you roll over our families to the next school year, so if we have families that change their payment method and it will not get carried forward.

    Where is this schedule at? BB rolled over to the 20-21 school year and it caused problems for me, and BB since they now have to fix the families that enrolled in the wrong year.

    Where do I find or how do I sign up for the Monthly Release and or Weekly Hot Fix Notes ? I have never seen anywhere before, it would be really helpful.  Thanks for your time.  Happy Holidays.

    Hi

    All schools should receive the monthly release and weekly hot fix notes that alert to all changes in the system. We do also host Road Map meetings so that you can get some insight to what we will be working on in the future.
