Display Parent 2 on the Family Tuition Statement as well
For tax purposes, we would like Parent 2 to also display on the Family Tuition statement.

Parent 2 is now reflected on the family tuition statements. These statements honor the email settings that can be found under the parent names in the update parent and student info page. By default primary and secondary payers are included but in any case they should not be, this option can be toggled off!
