For parents that pay by invoice (rather than by EFT), when they login to the parent portal to make a payment, they only have the option to make the payment for that day.  There are no options to schedule the payment for a future day like they are accustomed to seeing with some other website.

For example, if a parent has tuition due on the 20th of the month and they get paid on the 15th of the month, they might prefer to login to the parent portal on 12th of the month to setup their payment for the 15th.  Currently, if they login on the 12th of the month and make a payment, it schedules the payment for the 12th which is prior to their payday.
