As we cannot enable Smart Shield for Contracts integration, the email tool must be used to email families after enrollment. I have two feature enhancements to suggest.
1. Ability to choose which families we email the offer to ( like the email parents tool). This would allow us to exclude active withdrawn accounts, and re-send as needed per parent request ( after email update etc.).
2. The email is worded as an account information update, but should be a clear Smart Shield email ( parents reviewed their account information during enrollment so this is redundant) and also not clear to parents why they should read the email.
