Change the wording on the prior to debit notices to alert changes or manual payments must be made at least 3 business days prior to due date.
The current wording says payments go into process 1 business day prior to the due date. There is no mention when changes should be made. It also does not advise when a payment can be made to avoid the automatic debit payment from processing.
