Change language to the prompt in Enrollment Management/SMART contracts asking if users already have a SMART accounts

When a user first clicks on a new contract in Enrollment Management, they are greeted with a Yes/No option that says "Yes, I already have a SMART account." Would it be possible to change this language to "Yes, my family already has a SMART account" ? This could help avoid multiple SMART accounts being created for the same family.
