Bill and Paid - Expand to have totals on the bottom like our other AR Reports

It would be useful for school admins and the Named/Shared/Support teams to have the totals on the bottom of the Bill and paid report. The AR Billing and Balance report include the totals on the bottom. 

 

Schools have asked why this report isn't consistent with some of our other static reports.
