BTW:  will your tech add “has been successfully submitted” to “has been submitted and will be processed”.  The reason I request this because the parent think that their payment were successful submit and process, they assume it paid.  You may want to add “any failed transaction will be notified by the school”

This is the case bank did not notify them and they assume ST will notified them, but they did not heard anything until the school contact them.
