FACTS is currently waiving ACH return fees for families for the months of April and May. Has Blackbaud considered this? I understand the bank will charge the fee to Blackbaud. In these times, a gesture like this can go a long way. FACTS begins the message with "Dear Valued Partner." I haven't received a communication like this from Blackbaud since this crisis began.
