Add multiple payment methods to the Smart Tuition family portal so that families can automatically pay with different methods each month (i.e. two credit cards with a certain amount specified to each card).

This would benefit our parents as we've had requests for automatic multiple payment methods. While this can be achieved manually, parents and schools benefit by having this automatically completed so that late payments do not arise.
