onBoard/Smart Contract Deposit Failed Payment Followup

When using the onBoard/Smart Contract Deposits if a parent has a failed payment Smart Tuition should follow up with them. Since the charges are adde to our fist billing month (July) if the payment failed Smart will not follow up until July. At the present time we the school are having to follow up with the families as we cannot wait until July to receive their deposit. One of the selling points of Smart Tuition is having the follow up service.
