When a payment plan does not have customization to the administrative fee settings, it technically follows the default admin fee settings. Currently though, it displays as $0.00 for all admin fee pricing ( which causes confusion when needing to review the payment plan settings).

Idea : Update the non-customized payment plans to display the default settings ( Smarttuition.com > Settings> Manage payment plans)
