Leave Journal Entry Open When Posting Payment Data

I want to be able to post the entry when sending payment and billing data from Smart Tuition to the General Ledger, similar to post Rasier's Edge transactions.

    YES! I need to add in Projects and T-Codes on journal entries for some line items
