Smart should allow for users to be deleted (if nothing is associated with the user's account)

When an account is created in error, and hasn't been used by anyone, it is frustrating not to be able to delete the user from the list (under Settings>Manage Accounts)

    Hi we are in the process of making some changes to Manage Accounts that should help with this scenario. Keep an eye over the next few months for updates to this page.
