It would be helpful to be able to access the SMART Tuition website from a mobile device when a computer is not available. For example I needed to turn off follow up for a parent while I was on vacation and had to call the help line because I was not able to log in to the website from my mobile phone. This is something that could be done in the past but has changed.
Thank you for clarifying that support's response was in reference to a mobile app.

Support is correct that we do not have a mobile app for the school site but you still should be able to access www.smarttuition.com, login, enter a family account and make changes as needed. I did just test this on a mobile phone and was successful, please let us know if the problem continues.

A case was already submitted. Here is the response I received on 11/30/2020:
I wanted to reach out to you to follow up on our phone call about entering the Smart Tuition website on your phone. After researching the cause for the website not loading, I got notice that the Smart Tuition website is currently not being in mobile devices yet. I understand you signed in on your phone before, however, I found that our team of developers are yet to release a mobile version.
I understand this is an inconvenience, if you would like this to be implemented in Smart Tuition there is a way to submit ideas in our ideas portal.
