Add hyperlink for URL Parent site in the Welcome Letter

Right now there are hyperlinks in the Parent Welcome Letter however, the Parent site URL, https://parent.smarttuition.com, is not hyperlinked. Please update the WL to activate the hyperlink for the Parent website. Please see attached for an example.

    Our new welcome emails link to the parent site or to your schools specific parent portal if you are set up for SSO via Enrollment management contracts and the resource tile in BEM!
