Currently, to see a breakdown of the extended care charges that are being billed to families, you must go into each completed extended care session that the student attended, download the charges (which includes all attendees), then manually aggregate each session charge. This is a cumbersome process, and is a request we are receiving frequently as we are new to using the Extended Care module. It would be great if the families could see the breakdown on their side of the website. If not, if the school could generate a report showing all extended care charges applied for a particular student or family, that would be helpful. The data must be there, it's just a matter of creating a report for us to easily access it. Thanks for your consideration.
