The enrollment fee should be able to be changed in 1 section which will update all remaining outstanding contracts.

We change our enrollment fee after a certain time. This year I had to go back through each of the outstanding contracts and change the amount. This cost me hours of extra work instead of the new fee flowing to every contract.
