Password security for online access

We have had a number of families comment that the password criteria (up to 15 character and only alpha and numeric values) is not strong enough.

Please add the options for special characters and the ability to set up two-factor authentication.

      Hello! Soon our payers will be asked to convert to login with Blackbaud ID. The password length and complexity requirements allow for capital and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
