Rate Card Enhancement Request- Select All / De-Select Feature

Currently, under Rate Card> Define Rate Criteria There are multiple grades listed. When making an edit we have to go in a unselect grades that were not previously selected. Adding a Select all/unselect all feature here would increase time to return enrollment files to ADNY. See attached screenshot.
