The ability to send/email an invoice to the family with the current amount due (individually or in batches). Regardless of if the family owes, has a credit, or has a zero due balance.

This is such a basic tool for families. I WANT them to know what their current status is so that it is not a surprise when they DO get a bill. This is financial incompetency if they cannot receive a statement of their account. An email costs nothing......
