Currently BB communications to families tell them to log in to parent.blackbaud.com to access their tuition acounts. Since our BBTM is integrated with our BBSM this is causing confuision and in some cases errors when families try to use the old login vs the new approach of BBID and one log in for everythihng (going through our BBSM to access their tuition account as well as academics etc.). We want to encourage this new approach of everything in one place (BBSM), and the comuunications from BBTM is causing confusion.
With our updated communications released yesterday, our main three emails (Welcome Email, Prior to Debit and Einvoice) now will reference the Single Sign On URL instead of the direct parent site URL for our schools who use the SSO via the resource tile. We have plans to continue updating additional emails moving forward to adopt this as well!
