Add a comment section next to parent's name to add a message for one family for our call center agents to easily see.

We would like to see a comment section display next to the parents name in the registration for call center agents to see the alert during their verification process. This would be great for alerting on the single family level whatever message schools want to pass along to the family on an individual basis. Notes do not always catch the attention of a call center agent unless they are looking into the notes section specifically.

A great example of how this would be effective would be when a parent calls in and makes a payment in the current year instead of the prior year with the past due balance. Even though the parent has been told to repeatedly to pay the prior balance in the 21-22 school year before they pay the current year. If there was a comment section next to the registration, we can leave alerts on the family level similar to school alerts.
