Select a school year when using Enroll with Smart

Once enrollment has been open for a new school year any families that need to enroll for current year must be done manually. An easy solution would be fore the year to be option when using enroll with smart.

We have new families enrolling all year long. If you don't leave the current year until at least May then they sign up for the next school year and they have to go in again and sign up for Smart Tuition for the current year. Makes no sense at all.
