Rather than having separate years that parents have to go back into if they want to see their information, have their account roll-over from year to year. If they have a past due balance from a previous year, currently they won't see it on their current statement. They would have to go back to previous years to see it but who is going to do that? It makes it more difficult for collections. If they can see their past due amount on their current bill, it would be super helpful so being able to roll-over past due amounts from year to year would be beneficial.
