Change a communication notice email to parents regarding added a new billing fee is add their account .

This email below was sent out to a parent - It has new billing fee - it was not a billing fee it was a discount that was added. You need to change the wording - if a fee was added then use fee - if a discount was added use discount. Parents are VERY confused when you used "fee" thinking that a fee was added to their account.


This communication is to notify you that on 10/17/2022 your school has added a new billing fee to your account. To view details of the new billing adjustment, and if necessary make a payment, please visit the BBTM tile from your school Resource Board or https://parent.blackbaud.school, whichever is applicable.

If the full payment is not received by your current month due date, a follow up fee may be assessed. Please disregard this email if a payment has already been made for this billing item.

If you believe your school has added this fee in error, please contact them directly.
