The Email Parents feature allows email templates to be drafted and saved, but the templates have to be copied and pasted if they are used in different school years.

Additionally, there is no way to delete them once they are saved, so if the template could be deleted/ edited, as well as automatically rolled over each September, it would increase the use of the Email Parents tool as it would be more convenient to use.
