Add a feature that sends individual email receipts to the school every time a credit card/automatic/web payment is made.

It would be beneficial for smaller schools to receive notification of each payment made to the school (outside of payments that are in-school) for record keeping. For example, we are using STRIPE payments and I received an email receipt for every payment made so I am made aware then and there so that I can make the correct note in the student file.
