Enrollment confirmation email should only go out once a family is activated

The current process for the " Important information about your Blackbaud Tuition Management enrollment" email is below:


Manual enrollment : Email will not go out until the family is activated

Online enrollment/ Contract enrollment: The email goes out even if the family goes into pending.


The issue with the email going out to pending families is the wording on the email states " Your (School year) Blackbaud Tuition Management enrollment for (School name) is complete." Which is not true if the family is still in pending.


Additional issues with it going out for pending families : Some families in pending are duplicates or will not be activated for another reason and this email is incorrect and confusing if it provides a family ID that is not correct.
