If parents could add funds to an account for their students to withdraw from, on an as-needed basis, it would allow the school to be cashless, and ensure that students wouldn't need to carry around or lose money either. Parents could review the balance and add funds, and students could use those funds to make small purchases from the school store, concessions stand, lunch program, etc.
