Failed Payment Reattempt
It would be helpful to add verbiage to ACH Insufficient Funds failed payment emails reminding the families of the re-attempt in 10 days.
"Blackbaud Tuition Management will automatically reattempt any failed debits approximately 10 days after their failure"
