The notes feature seems useless as it doesn't populate a reminder or email. It would be great if when we create a note for a family, the notes popped up when you open the account to remind you of any important details such as waiving a late fee or removing/applying fees or discounts at certain times.

As of right now, you have to actively go searching for the notes which seems like having a spreadsheet that you can check constantly.
