Why do we have to move past due balances around in the system in order to have a past due balance process on a parents Auto Payment? Many parents expect their TOTAL balance due (past and present) to automatically be drawn from their account when the system is doing the payment. For the school to make this happen we have to do this bizzare process of creating a credit and debit entry in the various months in order to fool the system to do it, when it should just do it automatically?
