I think we should have access to see what the parent see when they log in. Sometimes a parent calls and asks how do I do this, but we can't help because we can't see what they see.
Hello everyone. I know this idea has been a long time coming, but we've officially released this functionality as of this morning! You can now go into a payers account, select impersonate from the menu and a new window with a view of that payers account in the payer site will come up and you can navigate around the site! Certain functionality around submitting payments and changing account info has been locked down to ensure only payers can submit these actions.
This would be so helpful when I'm trying to coach a first-timer through the process being able to see what they see, instead of trying to guess where things are.
I agree! My workaround was that I created a fake school account that I sign into when I need to see what a parent sees. I can't charge, credit, or pay for anything, or my accounting system will be off. So it's not great, but it's working so far.
It works!!!

I am so happy to see the status updated to Planned. Thank you so much for hearing our feedback and getting this implemented!
Would be very beneficial to be able to help a parent through the process visually.
