When a school has access to the Enterprise set-up in BBTM, when they support multiple schools and School IDs, it should be possible to do a student or parent name search and it looks across ALL campuses under that Enterprise group. This would be especially helpful when voicemails or emails are received by a parent but the school name or location isn't provided.
